General Information

Explore where nature abounds in our very own "Gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park". Estes Park is a mountain community where deer, elk and big horn sheep are common attractions. Leave your city worries behind! Come join us where cool mountain breezes blow and wildflowers abound.

Check-in time is 3:00 pm, with Check-out time being 10:00 am. Range Property Management’s regular business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Subletting of a property is not allowed.

All facilities are professionally cleaned prior to your arrival. Most accommodations provide vacuums and laundry facilities. We do not guarantee laundry supplies, cleaning supplies or condiments. There is no housekeeping during your stay. We can however, arrange for this service at your expense. Most of our guests prefer not to be disturbed.

General

All long distance telephone calls made during your stay must be either placed on your calling card or all charges reversed. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OUR ACCOMMODATIONS, AND ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, unless otherwise noted. Firewood is not included, however, most of our convenience stores stock firewood for sale in small bundles. Because of Town ordinances, the number and type of vehicles and the number of people per unit is limited.

Deposits/Payments

Each rental requires a $200.00 deposit. This is a security deposit and is not applied to your rental fee. You will receive a reservation confirmation letter upon receipt of your deposit by Range Property Management, Inc. Full payment is due forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. We gladly accept cash, personal checks and travelers checks. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. All rentals are subject to a taxable rate if the reservation is for less than a one-month stay. The $200.00 deposit will be returned within sixty (60) days following the end of your stay if there are no damages and/or extra charges at the time of departure. All holiday's are subject to peak season prices.

Cancellations/Refunds

Partial refund of your deposit will be made when a cancellation request is received at least forty-five (45) days prior to arrival. A deduction of $50.00 will be made from any cancellation. Once within the forty-five (45) day window, there are no refunds of payments unless we are able to re-rent the facility for the same period. Even if we are able to re-rent the unit, once within the forty-five (45) days, the deposit will be forfeit.

Regardless of the season, Estes Park is the perfect spot for that vacation experience. You will enjoy the many charming shops, restaurants, theaters, galleries, local activities, and the overall beauty of nature at its very best. We would love to have you and hope you will take home many wonderful memories.
