This 3 bedroom, 1 ¾ bath house overlooks the Big Thompson River. Offers a quarter mile of riverfront for fishing, canoeing and wading. There is also a mile long road up the mountain for hiking, climbing and biking on the 285 acres of property. Includes a large enclosed porch and dining area. Washer, dryer, DVD player, cable TV, and central air are available as well. Sleeps 6 to 8. Bed situation is as follows: Queen in master, Double and single in second bedroom, 2 doubles in third bedroom.
